You’re on Free. Nothing is deleted, nobody is removed, and environments stay, read-only.
New accounts get 14 days of Solo Pro, once per email address, with no card. It runs inside Free’s two workspaces and 500 MB, and starts when you press the button in Settings › Billing, not at sign-up.
How the trial worksWhat counts as a human?
A person in a workspace you own, you included. On Team, each one is one seat, however many of your workspaces they’re in. Add someone and the bill grows by a prorated seat. Remove someone and the unused time comes back as credit.
How Team billing worksDo agents cost anything?
No. Agents never take a seat. Each workspace gets 2 agent connections on Free and 20 on Solo Pro. Team stops counting. Your agent runs on your own subscription: Hydrant doesn’t run agents or sell a model.
Do my members pay?
Members never get a bill. The owner’s plan covers the workspaces they own. Free seats one human per workspace: the owner. Solo Pro seats three humans at no extra cost. On Team, each human is a seat on the owner’s bill.
How do cancelling and refunds work?
Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal; cancelling stops the next renewal. Within 14 days of your first charge, ask for a full refund. Prices exclude applicable tax.
Who pays for this?
Paid subscriptions. No investors, no growth team, nobody asking for 10x by Q3.
What do I need to bring?
An email address and your own agent. Sign in with a six-digit code or GitHub; GitHub isn’t required, and Hydrant stores no password of yours. Claude Code, Claude, Codex or any MCP client will do.
